I always took a $10,000 life policy on my children when they were born. They are all married now and the policies are still in force.
When my grandchildren started arriving i I did the same thing only now the Gerber Grow Up Plan for $10,000, doubles to $20,000 when the child turns 1 years old, but has the same small annual premium.
Most young adults will let the life insurance policies lap. Instead I pay them for the initial 20 years and then the parents will be in financial positions to take over the premiums until their children are mature adults and can take over the payments themselves.
$20,000 is not a fortune but it will pay the hardship of the cost of a death and perhaps a little left over.
It is worth the price for the peace of mind.

My policy is still pending so a full evaluation is somewhat premature. However, I would like to comment on the use of your website. The constant drop down for coupons is very annoying, it appears that one cannot close the drop down out completely, so is constantly appears when one is still at the top of the page.

I have called several times and was told that I was all set up with automatic payments for my five accounts after trying to get my daughter Katherine on the same bill for over a year! Now I am delinquent! Very unsatisfied with your company at this time! Have been a customer for more than 13 years and have several policies. A phone call would have been nice. Where is the customer service!

I love the fact I can bundle all my childrens policys into 1 payment and it be disbursed out among each policy, I love the e-service, I can change anything If I need to .

I think that this policy would have been great! Except for one thing...they only take Visa and MasterCard. I only have an American Express card as I don't like a lot of debt, so I do the prepaid CC that has NO FEES! Like most people we work hard for our money and I don't like paying other people what I don't have to, but Gerber here doesn't accept American Express. I have tried paying my policy several times using my Mother-in-laws card, which is Visa, and still the money never came out of the account. It's ridiculous that you can't pay for something that you really wanted. Hopefully they can work this out!! I would recommend this product because it is a great value for the money, but their payment acceptance is pure bologny!

I feel safe knowing that Gerberlife (who has been serving families since I was a child (1966) is holding a policy for my little girl Genesis. I believe GerberLife Company is the best insurance company for children all over the world. Also, to be in business as long as they have you know someone there cares. Thanks Gerber for being there for us as children and now as parents.

I am very happy with Gerber life insurance; I wish I had the college plan when I first started this insurance, but over all its fine. I have automatic payment coming out of my checking account for my insurance; however, I need the automatic payment on my loan to come out of my checking, every month. I am a grandmother and sometimes if I do not get a physical bill in the mail I may forget to pay the bill, so that is my suggestion. I am very happy and I do make suggestions to my friends. Thanks Gerber!

Think this is great opportunity for my daughter to get a nest egg started however I do think between all of the things they offer there should be one plan that combines all of them together for a discounted price if you do them all together to expensive to do all of them differently and I would like to do more plans just my opinion overall great idea
